The service does not have a contract period so you may terminate anytime you are pleased. All confirmed rental bookings must be honoured before returning the property. A processing fee of RM100 is applicable for termination, and will be waived for termination made after one (1) year of service.

Damages are avoided via several measures we take as we filter your tenants and guests. We do not welcome people who pose high risks to your property and asset such as parties, wedding ceremony etc. Wear and tear is unavoidable and will usually be rectified biannually. Damage by tenant or guests shall be covered by security deposit of up to RM1,000 for their stay. Airbnb particularly, also provides the Airbnb Host Guarantee programme for damages above deposit amount.

Net payout after deduction of management fees, cleaning fees and reimbursement items will be debited to the nominated Malaysian bank account provided by you within 12 working days after the end of the previous month. A statement detailing all transactions will also be provided within this period.
